I've had this top for a few years now and I love it.  Simple but with a fun ruffle detail to add something different to a basic shirt.  I must admit I don't own much from Banana Republic, but every now and then something catches my eye.  This one is no longer available but I've found some lovely options that have pretty ruffle detailing.  Check them out below!
